do any breastfeeding moms give their baby rice cereal I exclusively breastfeed and I know there's really no health benefits to it but I'd like him to try some he's three month I missed his 2 month appt so now I have to wait till his three month appt or four month appt sense its next month.. or should I just skip it and give him food when he's 6 months

we are waiting until 6 months for food sometimes I let her taste things like on my finger she's all about food. I tell her that once she can sit up she can have food she's 5 months on Saturday plus we are skipping the cearal and oatmeals minus trying baby pankcakes!

Waiting until 6 months is best for baby's belly!! :) His digestive system is still unformed. I know it's hard to wait, I was so excited too! But it's definitely healthier if you do.
