I go 4 for my donor mom. she said they like never do more than 4ozs a feeding
My bags hold 6 oz but I only fill it to 5 oz because the milk expands when it freezes, so if I fill my bag to 6 oz it busts open and comes out of the top.

If you were told to completely clear out your makeup bag and were only allowed to keep *3 products* for a more natural/lighter look what would you keep? What are your top three staples? And what are some products you use a lot BUT know it is something you could definitely go without.

try doing it in small portions so milk won't go to waste. I do 5oz the most and is easier to thaw out. .
