anyone else at the point where they just look at food and get heart burn!!? like damn I drink water and need to take a tums! never experienced this with my other pregnancies

Take some zantac as well as tums.

Can you take that with out doctor orders?

You can get Zantac over the counter but I believe you are not supposed to mix it with Tums - make sure you read the directions.
