Does anyone else use the health app or a Fitbit to track your steps? How much are you walking in a day to stay fit? I stopped running completely but I'm trying to walk for about 3 miles a day, much more and my back starts hurting :/ I just feel like it's too little

I do, I walk about 2-3 miles a day

I do 3-5 miles a day. Depending on the weather and how my hips are feeling. But always at least 3. @daisydukes

I use the map my run/walk/ride app to keep track of my miles. I think it's free in the App Store

I only use the health app, but need a Fitbit lol I was always doing 20k and now I barely hit 10k :( I know they say to move for a half hour a day, which is like a fraction of what I used to do, im just not sure if this is enough or if I should be pushing more.

My phone counts my steps for me lol I'm not very active right now though

I started using my Fitbit recently again.. I Am used to 20k daily steps now I'm trying to just get 10k.. I must say I ❤️my Fitbit unfortunately with this pregnancy my asthma has come back with a vengeance. But the steroids are helping and I'm able to be a bit more active.
