I plan to try it. I need alternative birthing techniques because I have spinal issues and laying on my back can cause problems. It's actually super unnatural to give birth on your back and women mostly do it because it's easier for the Drs to monitor and control everything. It's like the worst position to be in, it leaves the birth canal more narrow

My sister had her second son like that . It's not so bad...

That's the only reason I was able to have my son naturally. Laying on my back was not happening. I also feel like it wasn't as painful.
