Is it too late to start walking & exercising at 29 weeks? Will it even make a difference? I already gained 30 lbs 😓 💔 Really discourages me.. 😔 I'm 5'8" & I weighed 135 lbs pre pregnancy.

Walking has been my favorite part of pregnancy. It clears my mind and really take time to bond with my baby.

@cuety83, aww, thank you mamas. that's good to hear :) & you're right. I passed my diabetes test and everything . I eat healthy most of the time and my baby is healthy so I shouldn't worry so much about weight gain

@mommytomia, most moms gain more than the recommended 20 to 30 lbs, I gained 80 with number 1 and 50 with number 2. If it takes 9 months to gain it, give yourself at least 9 to lose. it goes by fast! it took about a year with my first, right now I'm only a month pp. my pre pregnancy weight is also 135lbs.. As long as baby is healthy 😉

@babyaraceli, yes! that's how I feel. I should have started walking the moment I found out I was pregnant. I guess it's better to start now than never. maybe it'll help me not gain as much in the next two months I have left! good luck to you too 💕💕

@mommytomia, yes I do understand I was 140 and now I weigh so much I'm 33 weeks and I walk about 40 mins and then start cramping and it really catches up to me at night time . My legs are completely sore . I should started walking since the beginning but hopefully walkin now will help me when I deliver 🙏🏼

It might not help you lose crazy weight but it's great to stretch out your hips and strengthen your legs and pelvic area for labor :) Plus it's soothing to baby!!

@babyaraceli, yes 😞 my doctor said I gained a lot and it's very discouraging but I am going to start walking on the treadmill.. if it doesn't help my weight loss, it'll at least help my muscles for labor
