Question. What are your opinions on kissing your babies on the mouth? I stated my opinion on Facebook and of course, world war three. Lol I see so many people kissing their children on the mouth and I just don't understand. I won't be one to do it, and I'd rather not see someone else kiss my babies on the lips either.
I kiss my daughter all over her face and so does hubby. My grandma kisses her as does my mom and sister but no one else does or is allowed to. Hubby and I are super careful with kissing seeing as how we don't want her to get sick or get cold sores
a mothers kiss is a good thing especially right after birth you instinctively do it....but I love my son n look at his face n cover him with kisses all day mouth n neck n everywhere
Iduno, my nieces kiss me and have since they were old enough to decide if they want to kiss or not. I'm pretty sure it's only me, grandma, mom, dad, and siblings who get kisses. But I'd be mad if anybody kissed my baby on the lips unless it was me or dad, or auntie and grandma (on my side.) I know where their mouths go and how clean they are, and they have enough respect and are smart enough to know don't kiss a baby if you're sick or get cold sores! I don't trust other people's judgement, they don't think they just want baby love and don't care the consequence.
My own baby. I will but I don't want nobody else to do it except is father. Of course if we're sick or something we won't.
I'm not going to. When I was a baby, someone kissed me on my lips and gave me herpes simplex type 1 (cold sores) and I don't want to do that to my baby. I'm not going to kiss him/her on their lips. My friend's son got type 2 at his first birthday party. Someone kissed him on his mouth and he was hospitalized for a week. They are sensitive and fragile!
I kiss my baby on the mouth. It's my child, why not?
My husband and I will not be doing it or letting anyone else.
I give my kids a smooch every once in a while. Mostly when they were around 2-5 years old. Other than that mostly cheeks. Only if it's the mom and dad, not appropriate for any one else.
I kiss my son on the lips. but would be pissed if somebody else did
my husband and I don't kiss our kids on the mouth and don't let anyone else do it to them. We won't let others because honestly, we don't know what other people do with their mouths. we tought our son only to kiss on the cheek
I think if it's your child it's totally fine ...... But I wouldn't kiss other kids on the mouth and I wouldn't want anyone else to kiss my babies on their mouths either , but my mom has Afew times it didn't bother me so much though lol.
I think that I would be okay if my husband or I kissed our baby on the lips but I would really not want anyone else doing it. Also I don't really see us kissing the baby on the lips anyway.
I will kiss my baby on the mouth. Nobody but me and my husband if he wants to. But I would not kiss someone else's kid on the mouth 😩
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
