So is it okay if I give my 6 month old some water? And if so how much?

I give my 9 month old 1oz or 2 everyday

I give my 7 month old a little with her dinner...she eats more at dinner and doesn't get a bottle with it so she will have a little in a sippy cup...most just dribbles down her chin and only really gets a few sips in. she enjoys it.

it's okay to give an ounce or 2 a day but there's not any nutritional value so it's pointless.

Talk to your doctor first, but I've heard 2 ounces once a day is what you start with 😘
