I registered at Target and Babies R' Us and nothing has been bought. My shower is November 8th. I'm going to be upset when I get to the party and the things we've asked for aren't what we get. :/ especially the pack n play, which is what our daughter will be sleeping in for the first few months. I'm grateful for what I'm going to be getting but what was the point in registering? :/

lol @lovebuggg2016 somebody gave me a girl gift haha I'm having a boy lol I was like OMG it's a boy not a girl lol I just kept a smile on my face .....but it's so many gifts I think u will be happy regardless
Yeah, I know most of them will still be useful. I just am worried about how I react if I truly don't like something. Like that first reaction that comes across my face is what I'm worried about. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings! @ms.sadelove

that's what happen with me my baby shower was October 17th and I did a registry also and there was only 2 people who bought from the registry but I was tripping because the gifts I got were still useful and stuff so I was okay with it

I didn't get half the things I registered for. Just return the things you don't like. I did. Like I said if you don't have the receipt just add the item to your registry and mark it as bought. Then go to the store and return it for store credit. I did that for a lot of items.
I said in my post that I am grateful for what I'm getting, it's just if I'm registering then there is certain things I would actually want. That's kind of the point of a registration, lol. I don't know if I'll be able to return it if I don't have the receipt and I don't want to be stuck with doubles of things or things I really dislike. I am grateful for having a shower and the things I'll be getting its just upsetting. @whitney
Everything you get from Target you can return and get store credit for. After I would get something from Target and it wasn't on my registry I would just add in after the fact and then return it. Either way if you don't like something just return it, and be happy your getting gifts! Some women don't get that option.. It's better to get something than nothing! Positive thinking!! 😊
