I got a question mommy's. My daughter is about to start on regular milk. How much is she suppose to drink? Is it just like formula just milk now? Someone told me it should be 2%. And how long does it last until you have to make a new bottle. Her drs apt is in a week. But im curious.

I started my two older kids on regular milk after they turned 1 years old
I think you add 1 oz milk each week to the formula she's drinking until its all milk
My nephew has to drink 1% because 2% makes him constipated.
Happy early birthday to her! I just wanted to clarify her age because some moms begin before 1 and that isn't good for the baby. If she has a high risk for obesity, then don't give her whole milk. If she's healthy, then whole milk should be fine. Test around because my little sister wouldn't drink any kind of milk except goat milk! Her doctor said its good for her because she's a little underweight. I can't stand goat milk!
