I think I'm having contractions I've had these horrible period like cramps in my tummy along with back pain . I've had 4 in the past 10 minutes that last like 30-45 seconds... But i farted after to of them so im confused if they're just gas pain ?

sounds like contractions. call your OB. or call the hospital tos we what they say. they may want you to go into LnD

Definitely calling a professional for advice is a good idea. when my water broke my husband and I didn't realize that's what happend. communicating with our midwife helped us for sure!
