Heat and let your boob hang and nurse on all 4s! Gravity will help unclog it :)
Please do whatever you can to get it out asap. Heat, massage, frequent pumping or nursing. Don't end up like me in the hospital.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
