I was in a relationship like that with my first child's father.. Finally got the guts to move on years later and found a love I never knew existed !! Have faith !

And your age doesn't matter my mom was with my dad my whole life finally chose her happiness over what she was comfortable with and divorced at 52 ! She now is dating again and in puppy love like a teen lol you only live once don't waste one second not fulfilling your happiness !! Easier said than done I know lol just start slow and try to start thinking about your happiness first
