Can you feel contractions on the inner thigh? I'm having cramps, having some tightening in my belly and bad lower back pain .. but I also feel sharp pains high up on my inner thigh

Pain radiates it depends on your pain receptors it's very possible

No personal experience, but I've heard people have felt it in their thighs!
