I know my hips are shifting because the issues in my back start up. It feels like someone's screwing a rusty nail slowly into my back constantly.....and I can't really take anything 😫

my hips are hurting a lot today I wonder if that's why? it's probably too early for that for me...but they do hurt today mom. weird

i feel bad for you because wait until u hit 30 week mark u will be miserable. but try to rest as much as u can and ask for any help
