Has any one gone into pre term labor can you explain it to me ? I'm having horrible back pains and started spotting since this morning light pink blood . And having cramps but nothing excruciating at first I was thinking I got a uti because that happened early on during pregnancy and felt like strong cramps but never spotted and was treated with an antibiotic . I called by doctor but haven't heard back from them . Would it be appropriate to go to l&d or the er ? #ftm

They kept me overnight . Bc I'm high risk and was showing signs of pre term labor my cervix was closed and basically monitoring me . I'm on my way home now I am fine and the baby's fine Z we have an ultra sound on Monday and I'll get to see his measurement and all of that which will give me so much more reassurance . Yes that's what I wanted to do I just wanted to make sure I wasn't over reacting it's not the first time I have rushed to the er over a pain and last time it was nothing . But you ladies are right is a light pink spotting not blood but it's still scary to see any trace of blood thank you so much on my way to l and d now @babycasey @shaunatb @bria.k
I felt sick like I had the stomach bug. My back was hurting too. I was having major contractions. Got steriods and magnesium for 3 days. sent me home on rest with contractions still every few minutes. I was 2cm and 50% effaced when they checked. Go in and be safe!
I have I had back pains they weren't anything that I couldn't handle but they definitely kept me up at night and I definitely would have to get up and stretch it out no bleeding at all for me though
I don't mean to scare you but if you're having cramping and bleeding you need to know that's very serious this early on.
You need to go into L&D right now. It may be preterm labor or a late term miscarriage and you need to make sure everything is okay and try to stop it if you're going into labor.
if you're bleeding call Labor & Delivery or go into Labor and Delivery and let them know what's going on. No questions.
Cramps
Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
Cramping during sex?
Does anyone experience cramping during sex? I don't have any spotting or bleeding and the cramps aren't horrible. But it is a bit painful and it happens just about every time I have sex and sometimes when I orgasm. I don't know if it's normal or something to be worried about?
I don't want to be up all night long I am getting pissed off my back killing, hips, and cramping I am having contractions and leaking something and baby daddy acting like a kid!
