Oh and for me, aside from what has been mentioned already, breast feeding is free and formula is about $25 per can and it adds up super fast. I also got a breast pump through my insurance so I plan to pump a lot too so that way my family and husband can feed baby too

It helps you lose weight really fat within 3 days I had already lost 15 lbs and it's better for your baby's development as well they say breast fed babies learn a lot quicker

If you have Netflix I would highly recommend watching the documentary breast milk. It teaches you a lot and shows the reality of it.

Baby gets immunity from u less sickness, u lose weight faster, ur bleeding is shorter, ur books don't engorged as badly (unless needs to feed) like I would few days later after given birth.

It's beneficial to the baby's health, and you will drop weight so fast! I gained 65 lbs with my last and was almost gone within 3 weeks. I was back into my size 6 jeans. Also helps the bleeding that you will have after.
