Try coconut oil. That stuff works amazing, at least for me it did. Even when i breastfed i used it because its also safe for baby

I have been using Shea lotions. It's working so far! Still painful but not chafing!

I use Earth Mama Angel Baby nipple butter. It's less sticky and yucky. :)
