Question !?!?!?!
Im scared of getting ripped is there anything I can do to prevent it from ripping too much ?
srr im not sure if im being clear but hopefully its understandable enough ...
You could ask the doctor or nurse to apply pressure tp your perineum with a warm cloth while you are pushing. Midwives do it to help prevent tears. Also none of that hold your breath for 10 seconds and push as hard as you can crap. Ask them to do controlled pushing with you (and you can do it yourself if you skip the epidural) Good luck!! I'm sure you'll be fine!! :)
omgg !!!! :0 lol welll my baby she seems like shes got a big head thats what scares me the mosttt hopefully imma pray it will go smooth @adriandbaby
Oh wow lol. Im not sure, maybe you could still try...but it's usually something you'd do 3 weeks from due date.
lol but im due anyday now would it still work ? @adriandbaby my due date passed already so I will be getting induced unless she decides to come on her own
You could try to massage perineum with lavender essential oil, diluted in olive oil.
ohh okay ill try it hopefully it will help I wanna get the least damage I can @mamamills Thank You
I hear if you massage all over with olive oil in that *ahem* "area" it prevents tearing. Also the nurses/Doctor/midwife will probably tell you to push slowly and with control. The idea is to stretch the muscles out so the head and shoulders can pass through without tearing.
Thanks :) lol I talked with them with no epidural would like to go all the way ;)) @ligermama
