The guy who got me pregnant is saying that he will show up after I have the baby with papers to be apart of this baby's life. How can I keep him away? He's a drug dealer and he's a liar and not ready for this baby and can't even take care of him self! I'm not putting him on the birth certificate. What else can I do?

If he isn't on the birth certificate he has no rights unless he takes you to court but that's expensive
I would not worry he's just threatening you to feel like he's in control. Some people are all talk same thing my sons sperm donor said and four years later he still isn't on the birth certificate.
he can't show up in the hospital if you don't want him there and if he do his ass can be escorted out just say you don't know him
Lol he can't do that. he would first need to complete a DNA test through court, plus you can just say he is a drug dealer (and probably smokes/does himself) then he would get tested and searched. you can file a restraining order, and for full custody. he is just trying to scare you.
He doesn't even know I'm doing that. I've heard if I don't put him on he'll have to pay for a paternity test to get on it and have any rights. I'm just so scared!
File a restraining order. It will take him months to get through courts/prove he is the father anyways -if you don't put him on the birth certificate. He obviously has NO clue what's he's talking about...!
