No your baby needs the colostrum that will come out right at the beginning. You won't need any 'extra'. Baby will eat from you what he needs then you'll get to a point where you can pump some

@morgans_mommie, thank you, that's what I thought. I saw somewhere a mom had like a months worth of milk stored up before her baby was born.

you shouldn't pump too much before your due date. 1. BM should only be stored for at most a month. 2. if you pump too much you will leak a lot more than not pumping. plus it's really just a waste of time in my opinion.

You won't really have milk until after baby is born anyways so pumping colostrum would be a waste since your baby only needs that for the first few days.
