❓❓❓Ways to increase milk supply?? Driving from CA to WI and would like to have some frozen milk so I'm not stopping every little bit to feed my son. He will be 1 month old in 5 days. ❓❓

When I try pumping after my son eats or just during the day at different times all I get is about 1 oz total from both sides. I could see that after he ate but not other times though too. kinda scared I'm not producing enough. He is gaining weight though so idk. FTM and not sure what to think
