PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I gave birth September 1st, since then I've been back in the hospital more days than I've spent with my baby boy.... all because of a horrible case of full blown mastitis super infection on both breasts. I'm desperate to get home and stay home with my baby. I need to dry up this milk. My Dr says don't pump and use cold compression. Nurses say to pump and use hot compresses. I'm so don't with all the poking and iv's antibiotics. please share your natural milk stopping secrets I'll try them all .... I'm so done with breastfeeding.

You can use cabbage leaves to dry up the milk as well as take a shower and let hot spray on your back which will help

Cabbage leaves in your bra will help dry up your milk. Antihistamines also work. I'm going thru mastitis in my right breast right now. I can imagine how you're feeling. I pray you get better soon.

Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.

Ladies, I need help. I have a Medela freestyle and I'm trying to pump milk for one of the first times. My breasts are huge and hard. I've been using hot compresses on my breasts and really massaging. I'd really like to pump and let him have breast milk. Please help me. The pump only pulls out a little at a time, in the meantime my breasts fill up more. My nipples are bleeding from poor latch because my son has had to drink formula because he was getting a little jaundice waiting for my milk to come in. I'm sitting here in tears. Any advice u can give is really appreciated.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
