The best way to increase your supply is to let your baby nurse as often and for as long as he or she wants. Also make sure to stay fed, rested, and hydrated. Your milk will start to regulate to only make how much baby needs and you almost definitely are making enough. It is rare to have a true supply problem! :) Keep up the good work!!

A good diet and TONS of water... nurse told me like 2 gallons. Get ya some mother's milk tea and drink couple times a day.
