I'm so paranoid, I'm constantly over analyzing things. I know pregnant women, especially myself, worry about their little ones and their growth. I'm so scared one day her heart is just going to stop beating, and I'm not going to feel her move anymore. I know I'm technically in the "safety zone"but it happens to women all the time. I've never had a miscarriage, and I'm low risk, but I can't shake it. Does anyone else live with fears like that? How do you cope? 😭
@graciesmom, yes I agree lol but I hope I'm jus so on edge waiting for my doctor to call with the day I get the know the sex and see my little one I will be at easy maybe I jus wanna make sure the baby is ok the wait is killing me
@keraj12, you'll start feeling baby soon, your right at the point where they make their first appearances (all babies are different) you'll start to notice some big changes in the next few weeks. Just try to stay calm. That's what I'm trying to do. I wish there was a peeky window so we could check on them :/ lol
That's how I feel right now at 19 weeks if it wasn't for the nausea and tiredness and the hunger I wouldn't even know I'm pregnant sometimes I don't feel pregnant because I don't have s bump and my stomach is not hard all the time sometimes it is sometimes it's not and no kicks yet I'm a ftm so everyone tells me it may take awhile and everybody's different I'm jus so worried about my baby that I freak out about it I don't feel like nothing is wrong physically I'm jus really worried and freaked out all the time now
Some facilities don't offer ultrasounds after 20 weeks but they should still check with a Doppler. You can always tell the Dr you're worried and get a second opinion.
@rainbowbaby2016, I've wanted to get a Doppler but can't afford one :/ my doctor says I won't be getting anymore ultrasounds either because it's not medically necessary. My last was 20 weeks. Just seems like so long to go without checking in on her :(
It's a normal fear, I think everyone has there own list of fears while pregnant, just keep track of the fetal movement... If something bothers you always call your doctor!! I lost my son at 31 weeks and all they could say it happens sometimes, cuz that's the honest truth, he was healthy just his heart stopped beating. So yes it is normal, but we can't live our life scared of what might happen we got to go with the flow and if something feels off its better to be safe then sorry.. Your momma instinct is already there you should trust is and don't question it 😊💗
I have had 4 miscarriages myself, and I see clients monthly who have lost their babies. It is a very scary and traumatic thing to go through. The best thing you can do is take one day at a time and talk to your baby. You can purchase a fetal doppler online for around $50 and use aloe vera gel to listen to your babys heartbeat. It helps some women feel less anxious.
I'm the same way. I could be sitting on the couch watching my son play, and the most awful scenarios just replay in my head. I have crazy dreams about something going wrong with this pregnancy, and my OB said its just my hormones, but it really scares me.. I just have to kinda shake my head, take a shower and get a grip. Or else I'll keep thinking about it!
ya you just have to remind yourself that worrying does not good at all. it doesn't help you in any way. I just remember the baby is in God's hands and whatever happens it will be ok. because he will take care of the baby either way
anyone done the grapefruit technique? I'm so outtaline I know... but I know I'm not the only one...
Can we lift each other up as women?!
With all this nonsense going on i think it’s time we left each other Mother’s up instead of tearing them down!! So what’s one nice thing u can say about another person on this app? I have 2 friends that i talk to outside this app and I think they are both wonderful mothers and people in general. I won’t name names cause they know who they are. So now u all go!! I think we need this tonight!!!
I'm driving myself.
I have just decided when I'm in labor and have to go to the hospital. I will be the one driving that hour and a half to get there. I think my husband would freak out too much bless his heart and he is at work all day anyway. And my grandma.... Heck no. Everyone complains I drive like crazy. I'm actually super safe. No one has rode with her. I love the woman but she drives like a lunatic. I seriously am scared to death she will wreck one day. And even more when I'm in the ca...

I'm looking through my photos and I found one of my SO and I. I'm now thinking about how obsessed with him I am. I wanna see you and your man! Go! 😊

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
@graciesmom, a peeking window would be an amazing idea lol
