I just had my baby boy October 6th, I'm breastfeeding, my question is, is it normal for him to want to nurse so much.? I just want to make sure I'm not over feeding him, Bc he seems to want to eat so frequently.
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. yes my daughter would feed for an hour and half at times and then want to eat again 30 min later but the doctor said it was fine.

Omggg yea lol I just had a baby on Thursday and he wants more n more n more it's kinda frustrating lol but he nurses so short then fall asleep then as soon as he wakes up he cries n want more ?

Yes they told me 1 to 3 hours at first it was every 3hours then he decided every hour was better

It's called cluster feeding. They are growing and your body is created the right amount of milk for your baby. You will find they will nurse less and then all of a sudden they want to nurse all day! Growth spurts happen often. Just nurse on demand. It's tuff sometimes, but it's what is best! :)
