I sometimes regret giving up breastfeeding. :( I was just so exhausted mentally and physically. I was so depressed. But at the same time, my formula fed baby is just as healthy.

Some breast milk is better than no breast milk mama!😁 You should be proud for doing it as long as you could!!

Breastfeeding can be so hard emotionally. And taking care of yourself is such an important component of baby care!! Happy mama, happy baby! :)
