full respect to every woman's right to choose not to breast feed but for me the only downside to it is that I can't just let someone else feed my daughter while I rest. and I could if I could find the motivation to pump lol. other than that it's been great. my baby is almost a month and a half old and we haven't spent a dime on formula. which is expensive. breast pumps can be pretty pricy but from what I can tell when you add up the price of formula you will end up buying it still comes out cheaper. and the pump is optional. plus hounding have to fix a bottle haha. just pull out a titty and go!

I Wanted to soooo bad but my sons allergic to milk protein and all I drank while pregnant was chocolate and strawberry milk so he wasn't accepting my breast milk.

When I started exclusively feeding from the breast I was so happy!!! The bottles were exhausting for me. Just whip out the tit.

@alexanders_mommy, it seems like you could just pump and dump for a while after then as long as you avoid milk products after you should be okay. my baby did get formula while in the hospital but that was mainly because my milk hadn't come in. once we got home she was just breast fed

when I ask. my husband. to feed are little girl the bottle he said I am lazy why can't. you do. it and haven't. got not sleep girl should I feed her or he feed her

my sons almost 7 months my milks dried out he's been on soy formula since the hospital @maxx and the doctors told me that he was cause when he would drink my breast milk he had an allergic reaction and also had an allergic reaction to the normal formula. @junesmommy15

to the unknown user. asking for help so you can rest does not make you lazy at all. being a mother is exhausting. and no matter how involved the father is the mother still ends up doing most of the work. that's nature's way of doing things. I don't think it makes you lazy at all. unless you just never want to do anything for your child then that's neglect not laziness. but if someone calls you lazy for needing a break then I think they are the lazy ones. I think your husband was beiing a bit inconsiderate
