I'm not at all comfortable with the thought of having my baby sleep in a crib so therefore she will sleep with me & her dad . Eventually I will have to get her to sleep in her own bed but until then she is to sleep in my bed & idc what anyone has to say about it
@Rhonda.otero thank you so much I'm going to look into that
Oh ok I'm glad you are both light sleepers and that's on Pinterest and they used a crib and converted it.. It has full instructions and everything
@soontobehermommy, omg you want her in the bed with your for all the same exact reasons I do lol !!!!!! I'm 34 weeks so I'm getting kinda close & it's like fuck that my baby is sleeping with me lol
@kie123, i initially didnt want her to sleep in my bed because my aunt scared me and told me we could squish her literally to death. so i got a pack and play in my room and a co-sleeper but the closer i get to delivery the more i want her in my bed smh. at least the first month or so , it just feels safer . i have a king bed so id like to think theres plenty of room for her you know. plus i keep telling hubby, but winter is coming and i want her to be warm with us and have body heat lmaooo. i feel like she will be lonely all by herself whether its close enough or not. smh. cray cray 😥
@rhonda.otero, yeah me & hubby are both really light sleepers so I think we should be fine
@cameronjamarsmommy2016, that's really nice 💜 I haven't seen one of those
I think most moms feel that way. Definitely go with your feeling.. Co sleepers are good but my ex rolled over on my daughter but I was waking up every 5 mins checking on her but I almost snapped on him and she wasn't affected so I don't trust the ones that go in the bed if your hubby is a heavy sleeper
lol right, plus ill be breastfeeding so its best for both of us lol @kie123
@mommytoaz, I couldn't agree more !!! Seriously like idc it's my child , not yours so don't worry about it ass holes ✋
me too 💚 & of course people talk their unnecessary shit like oh your just gonna spoil her blah blah blah like stfu its my child & so what if she's spoiled, what is spoiled? thats like saying you're tending to your child way much ! My Child, My Way. thats my motto ! @kie123
@mommytoaz yes that way we can both get sleep because I'm a ftm so I'm already going to be paranoid
I would suggest getting a side sleeper that attaches right to your bed to reduce the chance of sids but they are still right there next to you.
it's way easier to keep a eye on them if they are by you
i feel the same way, its like i know my baby is safe right under me, other wise i wouldn't be able to sleep at night. @kie123

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
mommys who co-sleep
Did you tell lo doctor you were co-sleeping? What is the response im going to get from her dr this month? She is almost 6 months and weve been co-sleeping since 4 months. She starts the night out in bed until she wakes up to eat, and then she comes into my bed.
Quick question does any of you moms let your baby sleep in bed with you if so was it hard to get them to sleep in there own bed? My baby is a little a month and I tried having her sleep on her own and she just kept waking up and when I put her in bed with us she fell back to sleep and stayed asleep.
am I a bad mom cause my two year old sleeps with me and tonight she sleeping in her bed and she crying now?!? I just can't take it no more she has to sleep in her bed there is no room for two babies and me being pregnant again!
@kie123, lol forreal tho, i convinced myself about a weeks ago when i realized my 5 almost 6 year old dog slept in my bed for the firat 2 years of his life smh & hes a dog 😁 like hell no !! my baby will be in my bed for sure. ill just be careful and move her once im confortable about the whole thing.
