They're only once or twice a month so I'd go before baby is born cause there might be one like day before baby is born then you'd have to wait another month before going to one. And the first few weeks are so important, people can give you tips and advice on getting started before baby is even here

Yes I go to meetings once a month since my son was 4 months old. They're great. I actually went to one this morning. Love them
