So my son is 6 weeks old today and I'm  going to start pumping so I can go back to work. My question is, how do u go about starting? Should I pump before I feed him? After I feed him? Or in between feedings? I'm so confused on how to start.😁

I would pump after feeding him to empty yourself. That way he gets what he needs first. At least that's what the lactation consultant I spoke with told me!
