normally ... and in my experience, if it's half the belly, it's bh, but if it's only one section, most likely the baby moving and balling up. .. or the baby's limb pushed up against your stomach.

I didn't have one :/ it's just my whole stomach gets tight and hard but one part is pushed out more like when she curls into a ball and that part is harder. It happens every couple minutes. I didn't know if it could be her just curling into a ball every few minutes or what. @mom2keiks
