Is this the magic "put you in labor" tea?? Lol
raspberry leaf tea won't put you into labor, drinking tulsi (holy basil) might though- it helps stimulate and circulate blood flow to the uterus which can trigger labor, there are a lot of cultures that have women drink this at the end of their pregnancy.
@natesgirl, I always had fast ones also. I ain't sure it helped put me into labor or not. I had her at 39wks 2 days
@danad269, I'm not really worried about labor, always had pretty easy fast ones. I just wanna get the show on the road lol.
@natesgirl, I took the pill of it. Also used the oil. I labored for 2 n half hrs
eat pineapple and walk walk walk that's what I did and have tones of sex semen will help ur cervix get thinned out and u will start to dilate more :)
@tinkerbell, I am pregnant with twins and ready for them lol. My body is getting ready too, I just need to get the contractions regulated. They will also be numbers seven and eight so I haven't seen this so called sleep in a few years lol. I can't sleep anyway because my belly is so heavy and uncomfortable. My cervix is soft already, just need the contractions to cooperate
It just makes delivery easier and faster. I plan to start drinking a cup a day at 30 weeks then up to two cups a day at 32 weeks and then 3-4 cups a day from 35 and beyond. It takes it a few weeks to build up on your system and I don't recommend drinking a lot at one go to jumpstart labor because it can cause contractions and distress baby.
Ugh everyone is always saying it helps you go into labor. I need something to get my contractions lined out
tbh just let labor come on its own don't rush it hun enjoy it trust me I rushed mine and tried things for him to come early and I wish I never did enjoy ur sleep because u won't get it for a while
Lol it doesn't put you into labor. I've read it helps tone your uterus and makes delivery a lot easier.
Thank you @loveless
