Today i got out of Hospital had my daughter on April 9th at 9:08 pm weighing 6pounds 17.3 onces and 19 inches long natural birth she decided to come two weeks early

Help!!!! Am 37w2d and i took a shower n wiped off with towel n this is what i got what is this having some dull pain in my Lower back shooting down my legs also n extreme headache that wont go away help
