Notice the difference?

I am a little over weight 173.. The pic on the left was exactly 12 weeks on Tuesday this week. And the right was about 10 minutes ago. This morning, my belly itched lol. I think my belly rose up? If that make since? I also think I lost weight but I have been eating normal, I don't have morning sickness so I'm fine.
