Omg my daughter just had a second night of waking up screaming, crying and just terrified look on her face it freaks me…

my oldest had night terrors. nothing worked unless I took her outside, Idk maybe it was the fresh air but eventually she grew out of them. I know what your going through

I'm so sorry she is going through that 😕 just a little comfort my little boy went through a stage like this. Lasted about a week or 2. Every night he woke up screaming with that tariffed look on his face. It eventually passed and he hasn't done it in awhile. Hope it's just nightmares

I had those when I was little, and still have them sometimes. I need to be woken, but not by touch. I'm easily woken out of them by noise so try playing a loud ringtone on your phone or something. I set timers on my phone when I take naps incase it happens, so my phone will wake me out of it.

@mrscaldwell6, I know it really hard but she needs to wake up if you touch them they might think your trying to hurt them or that they are still in their dream

Yea I read that touching them make it worst cause their not fully awake but it's so hard this is the second time 😢 @reaganmommy2015

I think it is night terrors just give her time to wake up and then go and comfort her

my baby does that but stops when I shhsh her. I pray over her also
