Now I'm thinking to just forgo my baby shower and just spend what I would have spent, buying all the items I need. I've been trying to convince myself that it's ok to give myself my own shower, but the truth is I really hate it. It just makes me really sad and feel alone that no one has offered to give me one. I've given people beautiful showers, order amazing birthday cakes, helped people plan events, but now that I'm in need... No one is there for me.

that sucks especially when you've been there for people but no one seems to be there for you. but like @leiibaaaby said maybe you can ask for some help they probably think that someone is already helping you. 😕

I'm practically throwing my own. No one has really been helping like they said. I have done all of the labor as far as putting stuff together. if I knew it would be this way I wouldn't have a shower. Hang in there girly...you never know

I told some ppl my thoughts on having on not having the shower and all anyone could say was just have it smaller one or cut back. It's just not the same. I've envisioned my baby shower for years. Anything less won't make me happy. So id rather nothing at all
