Мама дочки (1 год), беременна (25 нед.)
Watching it now and I've already decided I'm going to a midwife and creating the birth plan I want this time. Makes me so excited :)

I love it. There are many Obgyn and hospitals that listens to mommy's wishes, at least here in PR. There are a couple still doing it "hospital style". My Obgyn (all 3 of them) follow your birthing plan. They won't admit you unless you are 6cm. They won't give you an IV, and you can eat, shower and have anybody you want with you and the hospital is all for it. Also they barely do any csecs unless it is a true emergency, and even when they do they do a humanized one, promoting skin to skin contact even with a csection. They also try their best not to do any episiotomies. They are 3 women that understand women and let your body do its work. My husband will be receiving our baby. I wish more doctors like them were more available in Puerto Rico. I travel 45-50 minutes to go to them.

Мама сына-младенца
This documentary changed everything for me and is the reason I had a natural birth with midwives. So glad I did :) The way my birth went if I had been with doctors I would have been assigned the wrong due date, been induced, and definitely had an episiotomy and a baby whisked off to the Nicu. Instead I got to lay in a double bed with my husband and baby for six hours snuggling and bonding. Got a shower and went home and slept in my own bed that night. So magical!!
