I have been feeling dizzy since giving birth found it was cause I lost a lot of blood during labor and due to my anemia I need to take more iron pills as well
Yes, from just me standing up and walking around with my daughter when the nurse came into check me she said I needed to rest because my heart was racing and everything. I got hot flashes as well.
