TMI but been having cramping all day and I feel super nauseous with diarrhea .. the cramps aren't just in the lower part of my stomach there in the middle also .. idk what in the world it could be .. Help if possible .. thanks in advance 😊

Cramps!
Has anyone had really bad cramps (Like Af was coming) and ended up pregnant? ?
babybump_user No it won't hurt because I put some in for a few days because I was spitting.
