So after doing all this work for what will be chicken and dumplings later. I have to starve and smell this crockpot going all day... I guess I'll eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich lol
I suck I giving recipes so just try and follow me lol if you having any issues just message me lol Ingredients
4 chicken breast
2 cups of chopped celery
1 bag of frozen carrots
4 tablespoons of butter
1 large onion chopped
4 chopped potatoes
1 can of low sodium chicken broth
2 10oz can of cream of mushroom soup
2 10oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
1 grand biscuit can or box of bisquik
1 clove of grated garlic
Thyme, basil, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Put chicken in crockpot first with butter and garlic.
You can cut chicken into pieces but I wait until right before I put the biscuits in and I shred it with a fork.
Next add all veggies chopped up.
Pour the can of chicken broth over mixture
Next in a bowl stir milk, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup until it's all mixed up. It won't be smooth lol. And pour that over your vegetables.
Cook on low for the next 5 hours and stir occasionally.
Turn up to high then, You can cut up grand biscuits and cook on top for 30 mins or follow a drop biscuits recipe off of the bisquik box and drop it on top by the spoon full. Just make sure you tilt top.
