I was throwing up really bad last night and dry heaved for like 30 minutes so I'm thinking that's what it is , I left a message for my doctor she should call back in a few minutes @angiie.g1995

No unless it's just from your throat. (Like if you threw up so much your throat became raw and bled a bit)

Depends on how much blood. Cuz like @anim said, it could just be from your throat. I had it happen to me before.

It wasn't much at all just a tiny bit in the first half of the throw up ( sorry that's so icky) @anna.atterberry

I made myself throw up yesterday to get rid of a migraine and must have broke a blood vessel in my nose - first time for everything. Welcome to pregnancy.
