I've drank a 32oz rooster booster

@jomommaclark, @hayhayes1 a 8oz redbull has 80mg caffeine or a 12oz has 114mg.

I've read under 300 mg of caffeine a day. As long as it's under that! I'm sure you're fine! There's many coffee drinking pregnant women who consume much more than one red bull

@anim, I think you're right. I try not to overdue it with the caffeine but today is literally kicking my butt!

I drink a red bull once a week. On Saturdays. It's my guilty pleasure. Baby is just fine! 👌🏻

Before I found out I was pregnant I was living off coffee instead of sleep and so far I'm having a healthy pregnancy, so u feel like one red bull won't cause any problems!
