I don't know. I think depends on the guy and what happened between them. Some baby daddies are evil. I will let mine know my kid but he will have no right whatsoever on him
On a legal point if any father is paying child support and the court has not said they can't see the child he can take the mom to court so she HAS to let him see his child. Now if he doesn't want to see his child then so be it. Honestly if my children's father didn't want to see them I wouldn't push for child support. I wouldn't want him connected to the children at all. But that's just me. I am very independent a strong willed.
I think it's ignorant. it's not all about the money. I've seen mom's do fine all by themselves, shoot my sister is a mom who has been doing fine all by herself. if the dad doesn't wanna see his kid fine don't force him too see him but if he does and you are keeping your kid away cause you're mad? don't punish the kid cause you can't act like an adult. and it's also annoying cause these are the same girls that claim up and down that they don't need a man and all that but here they are begging a man for money. get a job or 2 make it work, be independent. ask for child support but don't just rely on that.

This is exactly how a "baby mama" would act. A MOTHER would step up and take care of her child regardless of how her child's "father" is. A mother doesn't care about child support because if need be she'll find a way to do it on her own. A mother wouldn't use her baby as a pawn against the child's father. If a man don't want anything to do with his child, terminate his rights and move on- no need to ask for child support then turn around and say he can't see the baby. If the man does want to be in the child's life then get child support just don't rely on it. JMO.
That lady needs help! a child shouldn't go without their father unless its like a liget reason(abuse, drugs,ect.) And I don't think just because someone isn't together the father has to pay child support, as long as he's buying what he needs to for the kids then he's good, especially paying child support to a lady like this is only really for her own selfish needs, not the child obviously.
I understand that she don't want her son to be like the dad but she's doing it all wrong, she sounds bitter and angry. And of that father want to be in the child's life and she's not letting him, the child will be mad at her in the long run

She's a fucking child. Her son is the one that suffers, not her. Seeing the way she's acting, I'm not surprised the baby daddy doesn't want to be with her.
