My little man is almost two weeks old.. And will not sleep unless he's right next to me. π I sleep sitting straight up in a recliner due to the pain from my c section, and I have him on a pillow next to me. I know this is bad and I don't want anyone being judgmental, but I need help on how to stop this. When I lay him in his pack n play he cries and fusses until I pick him up. What do I do? π

we keep him in all night. He wakes himself up when hungry and wet and let's us know lol but I have it in the room next to the bed. I used to use a cradle in the room but he didn't sleep more than an hour in it
Do you allow him to sleep in the swing all night long? @blackprincess149 when he falls asleep usually around 10:30 or 11:00 he sleeps until 8 in the morning. I wouldn't want to keep him in the swing too long.. We have a swing coming in the mail this week and I feel like he would like it but not sure how long to let him stay in it..
My son is two weeks as well. My swing works wonders for us and we also have this vibrating bassinet thing.
@Tinkerbell I've tried feeding him again ): he still cries in the pack n play. I feel like I should just let him cry himself to sleep, but then I would feel so terrible but I don't know what else to do. π© I never though about giving him a bath.. But when I do give him baths he absolutely hates it. So idk how well that would work. But it might be different at night time. Thank you for the response :)
my son does the same thing and he is a week and two days old I just pick him up again feed him a little and then rock him and lay him back down if this doesn't work for u try a bath
my daughter is almost 2 weeks old too and I have the same problem except she sleeps on my boob or in my arms. I started putting her to sleep by nursing and rocking her and then I set her down in her bassinet.
