anything i can use to clear this up on his face?? i stopped using Johnson as Johnson w switched to aveeno and gotten worse

Looks like baby acne. You don't need soap to clean his face. You really don't need it at all. I would wash him in water only and then rub him in coconut oil until it clears. Too many products irritate their skin no matter how gentle they claim to be.
make sure he has mittens on his hands when you put it on so he doesn't try and scratch
yes like @manimommy2015 said hydrocortisone helpd my son a 2xs a day for a week. ask ur pedi for one
oh okay. my son also broke out like that . he has eczema tho & he gets heat rash...i switched the detergent, & body wash also you can use this.

Idk if its true or not but I will not b using Johnson n Johnson for my baby! I do know 2 women got cancer from their powder products, so I don't trust it!!!
I don't believe everything I read on the internet but I almost don't want to use Johnson & Johnson.
Question: I currently do not feel comfortable using any Johnson &Johnson; products. I will not use it whn my lil one gets here either. Whats the best option for u and why? Aveeno? Parents Choice?
Am I the only one still terrified to use it on my baby the Johnsons products ? I haven't heard any updates on the case but still scared ....
