My best friend doesn't like my boyfriend. He's been a bit of a jerk in the past, so I get it. Before I was actually Pregnant I thought I was and when I told her she said " Well I really hope your not bc he's not the one and you shouldn't have a child with him". My feelings were wax crushed bc regardless of who the father is, it's still my baby, my blood, you should be happy for me. Bc she's my best friend she would have automatically been my choice for GodMother, her son is my Godchild, but knowing that she isn't happy that I'm having this child how can I make her the Godmother? I'm so confused and lost.

maybe she needs to come to terms with it all. sometimes it's harder for others to be happy, especially when there not happy in there own life. give her some time. and hopefully she will come around. what matters is if you are happy. and I'm sure you are. so focus on you and your baby.

Yea... I really wish she would get out her feelings and just be happy that her friend is about to bring s child into the world. I have been keeping my distance from her. We don't really speak as often and when we do it just feels weird. Hopefully it will work out. We've been friends for 20 years.

Maybe have a straight forward conversation with her. Let her know how your feeling & see how she's really feeling. Maybe it's more so the guy who done wrong & as a best friend that doesn't sit well with her.. Not so much the baby. 20years is a long time 😕 so hopefully yall can get back on good terms.
