Good afternoon ladies, has anyone ever been told they have blood in their uterus then had bleeding? about 2 weeks ago I was told I have a little blood in my uterus however they wasn't worried. I then had a scan on tuesday and nothing was mentioned they also said the pregnancy looked healthy but I started to bleed a little which looked brown at start but turned to pink/brown. I've had it for 5 days now accompanied with slight cramping. I spoke to the nurse but she said she's not worried because she saw the pregnancy was fine and that its just the blood that was in the uterus coming out. I just want to know whether anyone has had this problem and whether I should just tell my own doc and get another scan booked 😕

I had alot of brown.... I had to go a&e twice as a had bright red blood but baby was fine. the brown Spotting and discharge only stopped just over a week ago

Oh really, that's reassuring then. did u have any cramping? I know that they are both common but to have them together is quite worrying. my cramping really isn't bad either @mrss

yea I did at the bigging. then it got better. I just had to keep telling myself it's fine I have nothing to worry about.

I bled during 6/7 weeks... Had an emergency scan and they said I had blood around the sac. They said to me, if it's coming out brown then there is nothing to worry about because it's old blood. If it's red then, you should go a&e because it's considered as threatened miscarriage. So just keep an eye on the colouring of the blood. The cramping is fine, I had some as well... It's just a normal early preggers symptom.

My sister had this issue in her second month of pregnancy. They told her the same if it's red with cramping then it's dangerous. But they told her to rest most of the time and not do anything that requires effort , she stayed in bed most of the time and she was ok. I advice you to rest this period till you feel better and no more blood coming out. It's better
