Did iron pills upset anyone else's stomach? I have not had an upset stomach in a few weeks but today my first day taking the iron pill on a full stomach and I feel awful.

Mine don't at all. I take a pink box from Walmart called SlowFE
I'm going to try again tomorrow. I ate cereal and it said no dairy when taking them when I did a Google search.
When you take the iron pill try and take it with orange juice it obsurbs it better into your system

they hurt my stomach too. their suppoesed to make you constipated but its the complete oppisite for me.

My iron levels are low so now I'm on a iron pill. But omg I can't even keep the pill down. I just recently started eating meat again but eat it in very small portions due to it causing a upset stomach. How else can I get iron ?

I wish there was a way of just putting all the iron you need back in your body with out the stupid pills!! You know like a blood transfusion why can't they do an iron one!!! ?????????
is anyone else on here anemic and have to take iron supplements ? I found this out yesterday and for some reason I'm scared to take iron pills .
I took a supplement called floradix for iron. It worked great and didn't upset my stomach or cause constipation :)
