It totally is at first. Just make sure you're eating healthy and drinking TONS of water :) it gets better! Once your supply is regulated after the first 3 weeks and baby gets on a better schedule it will get better for you too! I know that I was so exhausted just from recovery that it made it so hard but 16 months and he's still nursing!
